ASSA ABLOY has acquired Sennco Solutions (“Sennco”), a US provider of asset protection technology and solutions for retail security within primarily the health and beauty segment. Sennco will be part of Global Solutions Retail Business Area.

Its addition expands InVue’s presence in fragrance and specialty retail and reinforces the company’s broader strategy to build a more connected, scalable platform for retail access and experience.
