Yes, the OneKEY provides several layers of security, including Site Defined Codes, which prevent a key from another site/location from being used. Each user can be assigned a pin code to check-out a key, and each OneKEY expires automatically after a configurable amount of time (up to 24 hours).

Because each key is assigned to an individual associate, every access event is logged and attributed – giving your LP team a complete audit trail without manual tracking.
There are two ways to activate a OneKEY. In a connected setup, keys are checked out through the OneKEY Manager (OKM), InVue’s access management software, which tracks permissions and usage across the store. For stores running a disconnected setup without software integration, the OneKEY IR Programming Station handles activation as a standalone alternative. Both options support associate-specific key assignment.
Each OneKEY (IR4) will support roughly 350 key presses on a single charge. If the battery on a key is depleted, simply check-out a new key to continue operations and add the original key to the available charging bay.
OneKEY is designed to be active for a period of time (up to 24 hours). If a key is lost or stolen, it will automatically expire and must be re-activated at the Programming Station / OneKEY Manager before it can be used again.
InVue does offer a “LIVE” version of the OneKEY that can be de-activated remotely over a LoraWAN network, allowing the key to be de-activated in real-time, rather than waiting for it to expire.

Yes. The OneKEY ecosystem is designed to work with a wide range of existing retail fixtures and displays without requiring a full store redesign. Compatible product categories include peg hooks, slatwalls, locked cases, drawers, display stands, locks and more. InVue’s team can assess your current fixture setup and identify the right products for each area of your store.
Yes. The OneKEY Mobile App turns any store-issued mobile device into a secure access credential. Associates use their device to unlock compatible InVue displays and fixtures. OnePASS extends this further, giving vendors, delivery drivers, or temporary users a one-time digital pass for access to secured merchandise without issuing a permanent key assignment. Both options work alongside the physical electronic key.
