What devices are compatible with the Portable Payment Center?

The Portable Payment center currently supports either iPad 10th/11th gen or iPad Mini 6th/7th gen as the host device and payment with the MagTek DynaFlex Go II. However, additional devices can be supported through development of new cases.

How long does the battery life last on Portable Payment Center?

The Portable Payment Center is designed to last 11+ hours with a single screen configuration and 7+ hours with dual screen configurations. These battery life estimates are based on real world simulation with screen brightness set to 100% and transactions being run every 2 minutes for the duration of the test.

What happens if the battery dies on Portable Payment Center?

When the Portable Payment Center stand battery reaches 10% battery life, the LED indicator will flash to indicate the battery needs to be replaced. The battery can easily be swapped without any tools and with no interruption to the host device/payment terminal while the host device still has battery life.

Can I connect peripheral devices like printers and scanners to the Portable Payment Center?

The Pro version of the Portable Payment center has peripheral USB-C and Ethernet ports that can be used to easily add device or network connectivity to the host device.
