InVue provides all suppliers with a written manual that requires all suppliers to comply with applicable global and local laws, including slavery and human trafficking laws. InVue conducts regular on-site audits of certain of its suppliers and regular reviews of its suppliers to address each supplier’s labor practices, among other issues.
InVue does not require suppliers to certify that they comply with applicable slavery and trafficking laws, but InVue requires each supplier to execute the supplier manual and conducts periodic site visits and reviews of its suppliers.
InVue holds its employees accountable for meeting its core values, which comprises ethical standards encompassing slavery and human trafficking.
InVue provides training on its core values to managers and employees responsible for supply chain management.
