InVue bolsters software offering for retailers through acquiring digital pricing and content company MicroSigns™.
InVue entered into an agreement to acquire MicroSigns Inc., a leading provider of digital retail content and pricing systems headquartered in Montreal, Quebec.
Through the acquisition, InVue expands their software offerings and further strengthens their leadership position in retail security and merchandising solutions. MicroSigns will become part of InVue’s Software Solutions division, which includes security platform Access Manager as well as InVue Insight, a merchandising analytics and planogram compliance system for retailers.
